    Silver Spring Township supervisors are planning to increase the fire tax in Silver Spring Township next year by four times the current amount. The board unanimously approved the tentative 2015 budget Wednesday night, which includes an increase to the fire tax from 0.1455 mills to 0.6455 mills, or $15 to $65 per $100,000 assessed property value.
