A crash that was reported by PennDOT around 12:50 p.m. had caused the closing of the northbound lanes.

    Silver Spring Township police have issued arrest warrants for two people accused of being part of a burglary ring that hit eight businesses in Cumberland and Perry counties between November and March. Robby Lee Zoller, 47, and Angela Sue Micklo, 48, have been charged with multiple counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
