    The closing of a Pepperidge Farm plant in Pennsylvania will mean more work - but no more jobs - at the Willard plant in the near-future. Pepperidge Farm Inc. announced Monday it will close its plant in New Holland, Pa., putting 40 employees out of work, and shift its operations to the larger Willard facility, in an economy move.
