    At least 150, and up to 300 people were inside the JCC of Greater New Haven on Amity Road in Woodbridge when a fire broke out in a sauna on the lower floor around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5. Everyone was evacuated when local police and firefighters from Bethany, Orange and Woodbridge rushed there in response to the four-alarm fire. Children and babies from the daycare center inside, along with members who were swimming when the fire broke out were brought next door to the Brookdale Woodbridge Senior Living Facility where they could be safe and warm.

According to the report, DeLoughery and Shea took the clothing from the store without paying, then transferred it to Jackson, who tried to receive a refund for it.

She was detained for New Haven police.

Cappiello said the man, later identified as Raymond Melvin, 23, of 47 Orchard St., New Haven fled with the cash.
