    Two dogs who mauled a New Haven, Connecticut, woman last week will be put down. According to Tuesday's Fox 61 News , 53-year-old Jocelyn Winfrey was viciously attacked by two American bulldogs last Monday - she died from her injuries one week later on June 27. There is speculation that the aggressive behavior the dogs displayed may have been sparked by the presence of narcotics - either drugs that they got into, or possibly, the smell of drugs on the two people who were attacked.
