HAN announced last week it was closing the Easton Courier, Monroe Courier, Redding Pilot, Stratford Star, and Weston Forum.

According to an announcement, the focus will be on Aquarion's permanent, two-day per week limits for in-ground systems and aboveground sprinklers, as the company's mandatory irrigation schedule is set to take effect April 1. According to town officials, the public presentations will provide the rationale, expected benefits and the process related to the twice-weekly irrigation limits.
