    The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a request from the Department of Public Works for $13,650 to fund a traffic study at the Locust Avenue Lot. Senior Engineer in the Department of Public Works Joe Zagarenski was on hand to address the Selectmen and explained that the study at the proposed entrance to the parking deck that would exist on the Heritage Hill Road side of the structure.

Parking Bureau Supervisor Karen Miller pitched the 2016-17 plan to the Board of Selectmen on March 22. The fee increases were approved, but the waiting list fee is still just an idea.
