    New Albany police on July 16 arrested two people and recovered stolen property from two separate burglaries after an arrangement in which plain-clothes officers attempted to purchase the stolen property. Police Chief Greg Jones said the two being charged are Kah'lil Kiree Lamont Wade, 18, of Foxcroft Drive, Columbus, who is being charged with a second-degree felony count of burglary, a fifth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property and a first-degree misdemeanor for possession of drugs; and Stephon Rodriguez Floe, 18, no address given, who is being charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs.
