    A dog who was rescued from a Nashville home after another dog was found dead in the freezing cold is on his way to a rescue organization. According to a release, Metro Animal Care and Control officers responded to the home in the Parkwood-Union Hill neighborhood around 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 19. Upon arrival, officers discovered two Great Pyrenees mixes in the back yard and found one of the dogs was dead.
