Yul Grayson Harley, II, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and Brandilyn Brianni Wright has been charged with accessory after the fact to a felony in connection with the shooting.

    Ed Daniel Leatherwood, from Rex, Ga., died from the injuries he suffered during the wreck, according to Deputy Horry County Coroner Michelle McSpadden. South Carolina Highway Patrol says Leatherwood was traveling south on Highway 17 on a 2008 motorcycle when he disregarded a red light and hit a boat being towed by a pick-up truck that was making a left turn into a drive off Highway 17. The police report says that before the crash, a North Myrtle Beach officer initiated a traffic stop because the Georgia tag on the bike was not properly displayed.
