    An opposition group has been denied its attempt to stop the construction of a nearly 4,000-head pig farm in West Michigan while it has a pending petition with the state. Reviving our American Democracy was denied in Muskegon County Circuit Court an injunction to stop construction of a confined animal feed operation owned by Flower Creek Swine in Claybanks Township, north of Montague, according to a news release issued by ROAD.
