    A dog park, pin-pointed in a community recreation survey as something residents would like to see, took a step backward as the Muskego Parks and Conservation Committee agreed that the proposed location could be better used for something else and that a dog park is available nearby in Waukesha. Due to the support of a dog park expressed in the survey, the idea was moved from the list of general discussion items to proposing it for part of the undeveloped west side of Park Arthur, S63 W17833 College Ave. After last week's committee discussion, however, it landed back among the general suggestion items along with letting dogs in parks and conservation areas, disc golf, ice skating, a splashpad, adding trails and adding shade in some areas.
