Born on Feb. 19, 1917, Mr. Washington was feted at Staten Island Care Center, the New Brighton facility he's called home since 2014 -- during a party that was fit for an honored veteran according to his daughter, Denise Warrell-Stevens.

Keith Terell Charles, 32, of Marion was also charged with burglary, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Foust is charged with assault and battery in the second degree and first degree burglary.
