Lucio Camacho, 47, was arrested early Jan. 5 in Lubbock when his vehicle crashed at a law enforcement road block hours after investigators believe he fatally stabbed 44-year-old Petra Granados De Flores, leaving her residence in Muleshoe with the woman as well as her 3-year-old child.
