    Agents assigned to the Marfa and Presidio stations made three separate arrests of men who had been previously removed from the U.S. On Oct. 17, Marfa agents working east of town arrested five undocumented immigrants, one of them, a 65-year-old man, was convicted in 1989 for a sexual offense of a child. Meanwhile, that same day in Presidio, agents arrested a 59-year-old man who had been convicted in 1984 on criminal sexual contact of a minor in Santa Fe.
