    Mount Prospect police charged two men with recklessly discharging a firearm and aggravated unlawful discharge of a weapon following a report of shots fired about 8:46 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Canford Cliffs Road, police said. Officers responded to witnesses who reported seeing two men run through the parking lot and enter a silver vehicle immediately after the gun shots, police said.
