Jeffrey Wayne Dingler, 51, 9885 Lawrence 87, was arrested by agents with the Lawrence County Drug Task Force on Dec. 28 after a citizen filed a complaint with Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Mitchell's office about Dingler engaging in illegal pill transactions with women, Mitchell said.
