    The last of three lawsuits brought by local liquor stores against the Town of Greeneville alleging overtaxation was dismissed this week in Greene County Chancery Court. Circuit Court Judge Beth Boniface issued an order Monday dismissing the lawsuit based on a Tennessee Supreme Court ruling earlier this year involving a similar case brought by liquor stores against the City of Morristown.
