    A 13-year old Williamsport girl was injured in an ATV accident Saturday at 10:16 a.m. The girl was driving a 2012 Honda TRX 500 on Hoffman Drive, Karthaus Township when she reportedly struck a pothole and lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and a struck a bench with large potted plants on it. The ATV went airborne and the girl fell over the handlebars.

    Someone stole a large white flower pot from that was next to the porch at the residence of a 91-year-old Ramey woman at 2153 Union St. Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 p.m. Friday or Saturday between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., someone entered a vehicle at 117 Kate St., Osceola Mills and removed approximately four or five CDs, a tan purse with an elk scene on it that contained approximately $6, before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. Someone stole a metal saddle with flowers on top from a headstone at the Bradford Cemetery, Bradford Township sometime between July 16-30.

Fye, 56, of Morrisdale was arrested and placed in the Clearfield County Jail for violating a Protection From Abuse order after he went to a 56-year-old woman's home in Cooper Township and pounded on the back door Thursday at 7:30 p.m.. Police responded to Merrill Street for a vehicle that was to have been parked on the roadway for a couple days with a flat tire.

He received a $200 fine, is to refrain from the use and possession of alcohol and controlled substances, not enter any bars or places that serves alcohol, attend counseling as recommended by his probation officer, have no contact with the victim or family, pay restitution and submit to DNA testing at a cost of $250.

Wagner Jr. and his wife Jessica of Woodland; four sisters, Geraldine Erb and husband Tom of Curwensville, Dorothy Lowe of Lanse, Helen Williamson and husband Dennis of West Decatur, and Henrietta Mason of Morrisdale; two brothers, Ronald Hubler and companion Delores Hahn, Snow Shoe, and Leroy Hubler and wife Carol of Fairfield, N.J. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two nephews, Jerry Williamson and Christopher Lowe and one niece, Brenda Hubler.

Robert G. Thibeault, 23, is charged with forgery, a felony three and theft by unlawful taking and access device issued to another who did not authorize, which are both misdemeanors of the first degree.

    Former Clearfield County Career & Technology Center Executive Director William Weaver, 56, of Bellefonte, was sentenced to serve two years of probation by Judge Paul Cherry in Clearfield County Court yesterday. The charges stem from Weaver's failure to report sexual misconduct by a substitute teacher to the proper authorities after both students and parents reported the incidents.
