Joseph Ray Arnold, 65, of Morgantown was reported missing September 8. His family indicated Arnold was last seen at Trinity Episcopal Church on Willey Street at about 10:00 a.m. The Morgantown Police Department used its marine patrol, foot patrol and tracking dogs from the Preston County Sheriff's Office in the six day search.
