    Six West Virginia University students were cited for hazing after police said they organized a fraternity event that involved underage drinking, then dropped off 19 drunk underage pledges in a residential neighborhood, resulting in three arrests and sixteen citations. Morgantown, W.Va., police Chief Ed Preston said in a press release that late Nov. 5 or early Nov. 6, members of the Sigma Chi fraternity reserved a nightclub for a gathering where police said all 19 pledges drank alcohol before they were set to meet at the fraternity house for a team-building activity.
