    Joshua D. Jones, 28, Morgantown, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia, reckless driving, aggressive driving and operating under the influence. Just after 8:30 p.m., a sheriff's deputy spotted a car that had been involved in a pursuit with New Whiteland police after refusing to stop for a traffic stop on U.S. 31. The vehicle had fled from officers, reaching speeds of 70 mph and turned onto Worthsville Road and headed toward Interstate 65. The vehicle got onto I-65, reaching speeds of 100 mph, and drove into the median to avoid stop sticks near Whiteland Road and then got off in Franklin.

    This year marked the 50th anniversary of Indian Creek High School, after the 1967 consolidation of smaller high schools in Trafalgar, Morgantown and Nineveh. School officials have recognized their school's past, including throwback basketball uniforms during the winter, but Bruce Lucas, a 1955 Nineveh graduate, wanted a more permanent reminder in place.

Fox was driving east on County Road 300S at about 3:30 p.m. Saturday when he drove through a stop sign, hitting a sport-utility vehicle going south on State Road 135, according to a Johnson County Sheriff's Office report.
