    A man allegedly stabbed a woman, two kids and a baby with a pocket knife and then stabbed himself before he was tazed and arrested at an apartment complex Saturday afternoon, according to Morgan Hill police. Officers were called to the property on Bisceglia Avenue after a neighbor reported hearing a man and woman arguing loudly in one of the units, and voiced concern about the woman's safety, police said.

Desirae Akins-Qualls, of Morgan Hill, was last seen May 4 walking to a bus stop on Monterey Road and Vineyard Boulevard, where she was supposed to board a Valley Transportation Authority bus to San Jose, according to police.

    A passenger who died in a violent high-speed crash on Santa Teresa Boulevard over the weekend has been identified as a 20-year-old Morgan Hill man, according to the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office. Edwin Galan Martinez was riding in a Chrysler Sebring when the driver lost control on northbound Santa Teresa near Sunshine Street, causing the car to drift sideways into oncoming traffic and crash into a Toyota Camry, Morgan Hill police said.
