    Martin Barrington, 48, of Cayuga Street in Moravia, was charged with first-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with physical evidence and leaving the scene of a serious personal injury automobile accident, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office. The 31-year-old who Barrington hit suffered "serious" injuries in the crash and has had several surgeries since the hit and run, deputies said.
