    A tornado warning has been issued for north central Teller County and northwestern El Paso County until 4:15 p.m. A storm capable of producing a tornado will be near Palmer Lake around 3:55 p.m., Monument and Gleneagle around 4:05 p.m., Air Force Academy around 4:10 p.m. and Black Forest around 4:15 p.m. A tornado watch has been issued for much of southern Colorado, including Colorado Springs and Pueblo, until 11 p.m. 3:54 p.m. - A tornado warning has been issued for north central Teller County and northwestern El Paso County until 4:15 p.m. 3:49 p.m. - National Weather Service reports confirmed tornado on the ground 30 miles northwest of Colorado Springs near Devils Head in Douglas County.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office say the man pictured at the top of this article used the information to make purchases at two Walgreens stores, an Albertson's and a Staples in Colorado Springs, A Kohl's in Monument, a Walgreens and McDonald's in Castle Rock and a Staples in Parker.
