    Officers said Siau San Tee, of New York and San Gabriel, CA, was arrested in September for prostitution at "Classic Massage and Spa" at 950 Cass St. In November, officers said Eun Fuller, of Lawrenceville, GA, was also arrested for prostitution at "Cypress Studios" at 580 Casanova Ave. Permits to operate have been denied at both locations. Earlier this year, Monterey updated the city code to address concerns surrounding massage establishments.
