On Feb. 17 at 12:25 p.m., officers responded to the robbery at Del Monte Shopping Center where an elderly victim told police she was walking when she was approached from behind by the robber, who grabbed her purse. The robber forcefully pulled the purse from her, knocking her to the ground.
