    The Montague Township Board of Education met for more than two hours in executive session Monday to consider the terms of the settlement offer proposed Friday by the High Point Regional High School Board of Education. The board went into executive session at 8:30 p.m. and was still behind closed doors at 10:30 p.m. The proposal calls for allowing Montague to pay the tuition of its students currently attending the eighth, ninth, and 10th grades in the Port Jervis School District of New York through graduation so they can finish out their education in the district they currently are attending, as provided for by New Jersey state law, rather than at High Point.
