According to police, a caller reported around 12:30 a.m. that a white SUV had crashed in their yard and the driver was attempting to leave the scene. The caller then said there was also a Honda on the scene.

Kelly was charged after she was observed crossing over the right shoulder several times on Route 25. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Dec.21.
