    As the opioid epidemic continues across the nation, Catholic Charities of Fulton and Montgomery Counties is hosting an Opioid Awareness and Prevention Summit. The summit will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fort Plain Reformed Church, 165 Canal St. Mares said the special agent will be speaking about the opioid epidemic, the effects it has on the body and the history of opioids.
