    City Manager Mark Kober told the Sleepy Eye City Council Monday that the City of Sleepy Eye's $400,000 bid for the former Inn of Seven Gables hotel was the only accepted bid for the hotel. Kober said the 24-page real estate purchase agreement is being reviewed by the city attorney and a Twin City real estate management firm that would develop the property into an AmericInn hotel.
