    Crow Wing County Sheriff Todd Dahl reported that on May 28, 2018 at around 10:02 am, emergency services responded to a report on an unresponsive child found in Rush Lake. The sheriff's office reported that family members noticed the child, later identified as 2-year-old Sawyer Howe of Minneapolis, wasn't accounted for and immediately checked the lake.
