Troopers say 61-year-old Michael Trute of Minden was riding a 1999 blue Harley-Davidson motorcycle south on Stewart Street when 66-year-old Michael Shields of Carson City crossed the intersection of Telegraph in the illuminated crosswalk and was hit by the motorcycle.
