    A man's body was found in Milpitas on Thursday afternoon near Highway 237, according to the California Highway Patrol. Officer Ross Lee of the Highway Patrol said a person, likely a Caltrans maintenance worker, found the body near the northbound McCarthy Boulevard off-ramp to westbound 237 between noon and 1 p.m. Lee said the man likely was a transient living in an area next to the off-ramp that isn't easily visible from the roadway, and some of his belongings were found there as well.

At the Royal Spa on 1229 Jacklin Road in Milpitas, an African-American male, 30-40 years old and an African-American female, 30-40 years old, driving a silver, Ford Expedition entered the spa and requested a couple's massage. Police allege that a few minutes later, the male suspect brandished a firearm and both suspects robbed the business.
