On April 15, Milpitas police announced they obtained an arrest warrant and Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office had charged Alcazar, who's been at large since the crash, with hit-and-run resulting in a fatal injury, reckless driving resulting in a fatal injury and driving on a suspended driver's license.
