Treyon Thomas, 20, pleaded guilty Monday in Lancaster County Court to felony counts of robbery and aggravated assault for the August 5, 2017 incident.

Richard Bouder, 54, of Lancaster, a worker with UGI Utilities, was killed in the July 2, 2017 blast that leveled one home, injured three other people and caused a total of four houses in the Springdale Lane development to be condemned.

Rhodes was charged with felony counts of promoting prostitution of a minor and dissemination of obscene materials to a minor after Millersville police say he sent the girl lewd messages and a photograph earlier this year.
