According to Marysville Division of Police incident reports, the man was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct, vandalism to government property, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises and possession of weapons under disability. The latter charge typically refers to those who have been convicted of a felony, which makes it illegal for them to possess a weapon.

    At 3:59 a.m. June 12 Marysville Division of Police officers responded to multiple break-ins at businesses on Coleman's Crossing Boulevard. Each business was entered through the broken glass doors and electronics equipment and cash were reported stolen from one of the businesses.
