    In spite of standing water left by Hurricane Irma mosquitoes are giving the Liberty County area a bit of a break, mosquito control chief Frazier Sylvers told the county commission Thursday. Sylvers said water levels were lower than in previous storms and that the mosquito population which his office monitors by traps was fairly low.
