In other lease transactions, Crunch Fitness has leased 28,737 square feet of space in Chesterfield Towne Center at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike. The fitness center, which will have its own external entrance at the mall, will be located between the Sears and Barnes & Noble stores , Venture X leased 17,862 square feet of retail space at 1806 Summit Ave. in Richmond.
