    The state is offering a Little Ferry provider of forms used in concrete construction a $3 million grant to be handed out over 10 years as an incentive to stay in Bergen County. According to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, which on Friday approved Doka USA Ltd.'s Grow New Jersey grant application, the company has outgrown its leased 24,000-square-foot space and is planning to move to more spacious digs, either in Wallington or Middletown, N.Y. Doka, founded in 2001, has said that if it chooses Wallington, it would transfer all of its 112 employees there and add 44 more.
