    Middletown, NJ - The New Jersey Department of Education released the latest graduation rate totals on Wednesday , reporting that the state's overall high school graduation rate rose to 89.7% in 2015 from 88.6% in 2014. As for neighboring districts, Rumson-Fair Haven, Red Bank, Holmdel and Hazlet high schools far exceeded the state average: Rumson-Fair Haven was at 98%, followed by Red Bank Regional at 96%.
