    Police have yet to identify a body recovered from the Connecticut River in Cromwell Sunday, Nov. 9. At around 11 a.m. Sunday, a kayaker reported a body floating in the river to Cromwell Police, who, along with the Cromwell Fire Department Marine Unit and marine units from the Middletown and Portland fire departments, responded to the Cromwell Outboard Association's boat launch area along River Road, police said. After a search of the area, the body was located and recovered.
