    A woman who was accused of stealing from Walmart in October 2013 received her final sentencing on Monday by Bell Circuit Judge Bob Costanzo. Tina Marie Seabolt, 38, of Middlesboro, was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary for theft by unlawful taking over $500 and 12 months in the Bell County Jail for two counts of theft by unlawful taking under $500.
