    The third and final escapee from a recent incident at the Bell County Detention Center was back in custody as of Friday afternoon. Raymond Farr, 20, of Middlesboro, turned himself in to Bell County Sheriff's Office bailiffs Bree Fitzgerald and Doyle Holcomb around 3:45 p.m. at the Farmer Helton Judicial Center, according to a news release from the BCSO.
