    A Middlesboro man has been indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury for a theft charge which allegedly occurred in November of last year. According to the indictment, on or about Nov. 21, Marshall Douglas Gray, 18, committed theft by unlawful taking over $500 by knowingly and unlawfully taking and exercising control over a Kim Rogers purse, a Vera Bradley wallet, $400 in cash, a key to a Chevy Malibu, an AT&T brand flip phone, ID, Mastercard, a makeup bag, reading glasses and a Commercial Bank check book, without the permission of Deanna Mills, and with intent to deprive Dianna Mills thereof.
