    Brandon McCarty, 44, was apprehended on June 19 at Pinnacle Homes by Officer Jeremiah Johnson of the Middlesboro Police Department for shooting into a home on Winchester Avenue in Middlesboro. According to the citation, McCarty was arrested for the intent to cause death of another person, shooting multiple shots into the residence at Winchester Avenue and for 16 counts for first-degree wanton endangerment for shooting multiple shots into the residence and creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to two other adults and 10 juveniles who were inside of the home. 1 comment
