    MIDDLEBORO - The Middleboro Tennis Association recently completed its 41st successful summer season with a year-end banquet at the Mitchell Memorial Club.  In addition to honoring all league and tournament finalists, one of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the annual Marge & Bob Jeffery Memorial Sportsmanship Awards to Kathleen Benoit and Dan Patrone.  Also, in keeping with the organization's tradition of honoring deserving high school students with college scholarships, which have now surpassed $38,000 over the years, recipients selected this year included Jacquelyne Burke and Nevin Burganga of Middleboro High School, April Locke and Garett McNeil of Apponequet Regional High School, and Casey Armanetti of Carver High School.
