    PLYMOUTH – A Middleboro man was sentenced Wednesday to serve 17-20 years in state prison after being convicted of indecent assault and battery on a four year-old boy. On Oct. 19, a jury convicted Gerard L. Moquin, 39, of Middleboro, on one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. Moquin was then convicted of a subsequent offense stemming from the defendant's prior convictions for indecent assault and battery on a person under 14 and rape, according to a statement from the Plymouth County District Attorney's office.
