The Watertown-based manufacturer sells a canola and soy meal bypass protein called AminoMax Pro, used in feed for dairy cows, to customers throughout the Northeast, but Mr. Berghorn said the company has shipped a dairy protein blend to Canadian markets on a trial basis.
