Archimania is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for its $1.7 million office , the first privately owned, 100 percent renewable energy building in Tennessee, at 705 S. Main St. Tuesday, July 14, at 9 a.m. The 5,000 square-foot-office building will demonstrate the future of building and will directly aid in solving the world's carbon footprint problem by producing more energy than it consumes, making it one of the first of its kind in the U.S., the firm said in a statement.
