The shooting took place about 1:36 a.m. Tuesday along Palm Bay Road, just moments after the victim exited from Interstate 95 and headed eastbound on the darkened roadway. The unidentified motorist told police that someone in another car - described as possibly white - pulled alongside of him on the driver's side and fired off three rounds.
